Shipping
Our standard charge for shipping is £4.50. Orders over £75.00 are delivered free of charge. Please note that delivery is to a single address. Currently we do not deliver to overseas addresses.
Returns
If you change your mind about a product and decide to return it we will be happy to provide a refund of the purchase price providing the product is returned in perfect condition and in its original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt. Any refund will not include any post and packing you may have paid or the cost of returning the product to us. Returned goods are your responsibility until they have reached us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit to us.
If your product has arrived with a manufacturing defect or fault, please return it within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to supply a replacement where possible or a refund if not. Faulty goods must be returned to us before the replacement can be sent out or refund processed. We will send you a pre-paid label if you need to return a faulty or incorrect product.
If you receive an incorrect item to what has been stated on your invoice, please ensure that it is returned to us within 14 days. We will send you the correct item where possible or provide a refund if not.
Returns may take up to 10 days to be processed after arrival, and refunds may take up to 14 days to clear. If at any point the item is out of stock after your return has been processed for an exchange we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail.
To start the refund process please enter all information needed for us to process your return. An email will be sent to our customer service team where they will begin the returns process.
When ordering from Shore for overseas delivery, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once shipment reaches your Country. These additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients’ responsibility. We at Shore have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country thus you should contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.
